Terms of Service

By creating an account, running an event, or checking in as a guest, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use GOey.

GOey helps organizers manage event check-ins and run optional features — invitations, itineraries, photos, polls, raffles, feedback, receipts, and, where enabled, identity verification. Features are grouped into tiers that an organizer can turn on or off per event. Some features are paid; the terms shown at the point of purchase apply in addition to these terms.

“User content” means anything you or your guests upload or submit through GOey — including photos, event albums, images, files, names, messages, and other information. Organizers and guests are solely responsible for the user content they contribute.

You keep ownership of your user content. By uploading it, you grant GOey a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the features you enabled — for example, showing an event's photo album to that event's guests.

User content must be lawful. Do not upload anything that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful, or that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

Organizers must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content they collect, upload, and share — including consent from guests and from any person shown in a photo — and must handle personal data in line with applicable law, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. If your event collects or displays images of people, it is your responsibility to obtain and honor their consent.

GOey and Unified Logic Solutions do not pre-screen user content and are not responsible or liable for content uploaded by organizers or guests. Responsibility for that content rests with the person who uploaded it and the organizer who runs the event.

If you believe content on GOey is unlawful or infringes your rights, you can request its removal through the event organizer or via the contact form. We will review valid requests and remove content that violates these terms or the law.

Do not misuse GOey. In particular, do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other workspaces' data; do not scrape or harvest data you were not given access to; do not send spam or use the service to violate anyone's rights; and do not use GOey for any unlawful purpose.

Organizers sign in with a work email (and optionally Google). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Guest access is granted through the tokenized link an organizer issues; treat that link as you would a ticket. Admin access is granted internally and is never self-service.

We work to keep GOey reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat. GOey requires an internet connection; when connectivity is lost, check-ins pause rather than being lost or double-counted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unified Logic Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of GOey. This includes any harm arising from user content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continuing to use GOey after an update means you accept the revised terms.
